The Stella and Charles Guttman Community College is subject to the bylaws of the Board of Trustees of The City University of New York (“CUNY”) and other CUNY policies. Tuition and fees are established by the Board and may change during the period covered by this publication.
Information in a printed version of the Bulletin may be superseded by the current online version. In the event of a conflict between information contained in the online Bulletin and other sources (e.g., other CUNY websites), the online Bulletin supersedes other information with regard to Guttman-specific activities. As a general matter, federal, state and New York City laws, as well as external accreditation requirements, may supersede other information in the Bulletin.

Campus Safety
